The Hinterlands provides short- or long-term stays, similar to a hotel room, depending on calendar availability. Do you have an Airbnb account via the Airbnb app? Check dates on the calendar to book suites as you need.

We use smart locks to ensure the check-in process is secure and seamless.
Excellent customer service is something The Hinterlands Creative Suites takes seriously. Feel free to call, reach out on the Airbnb app or send an email. Expect a prompt response for us to deal with any issues.

One (1) outdoor parking space per suite. After you book a reservation, parking information becomes available in the Airbnb app.

Wi-Fi information is available after booking your reservation in the Airbnb App.

Check-in is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. Based on availability, guests can check in early or check out later at an additional fee. To request alternate check-in or check-out times, please email michael@thehinterlands.ca or jac@thehinterlands.ca or contact us via the Airbnb app.

The Hinterlands Creative Suites Company has rules for guests to follow - no smoking, no parties, and no pets or outdoor shoes in the suites.
The rules affect all reservations unless otherwise stated. Guests who violate the rules risk eviction, extra fees and having us contact Airbnb.
The quiet period is from 10 pm to 8 am all week, local time. More info is available through the Airbnb App via our listings or contact michael@thehinterlands.ca or jac@thehinterlands.ca.

Upon request, we provide daily, weekly or monthly housekeeping services at an additional charge. We charge for one (1) clean per stay.

Relax on a Casper mattress covered in fresh linens, access a well-stocked kitchen, use the front-loaded laundry machine with available laundry detergent, and step out to the outdoor balcony to take in the sights.
Free coffee. Premium bath soaps and shampoo with fresh towels in each bathroom. High-speed internet-connected Smart TV with wifi access throughout the suite. All the things needed for work and play.

Surrounded by elm trees, this suburban area has access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and a local mall. Depending on how you like to travel, everything is easily accessible via walking, the bus or by bicycle.

After every check-out, the housekeeping team reports on the home post-stay and lists items that may belong to a guest. If we find your item(s) we will let you know. If you think you left something in a suite, reach out to michael@thehinterlands.ca or jac@thehinterlands.ca. We pride ourselves on customer support and will ship your item to you.

WHO WE ARE 📍
If you were born and raised in Canada watching television from the 60s to the 90s, you would have seen a series of commercials made by the Canadian Wildlife Service, Hinterlands Who’s Who - with its iconic score and two-minute vignette of an iconic Canadian animal - was what after school TV watching, was made of.
It represented Canadiana to good effect. Quirky, fun, authentic and relatable. Inspired by this, we decided on the name - The Hinterlands Creative Suites. Everything that makes Manitoba unique is available to share with guests who visit us!
We set out to create a curated travel experience unlike any other. As owners, we spent time finding homes in neighbourhoods we love, looking at architectural spaces we love and designing with elements we love. As two avid travellers who find unique places to stay while enjoying authentic experiences, our goal is simple - to create and share those experiences with our guests.
